The Dubuque Regional Humane Society began offering low-cost spay and neuter clinics to the public in 2022. 

 

Our low-cost clinic initially served both cats and dogs, but the focus has since shifted to stray and outdoor cats due to the demand and staffing capacity. Clinics occur approx. every 8 - 10 weeks. Anyone interested in participating is encourage to join our waitlist. Participants will then be contacted in the order in which they were received. Vaccines are available with surgery, only.
