Iowa Humane Alliance Regional Spay and Neuter Clinic

The Dubuque Regional Humane Society (DRHS) has teamed up with Iowa Humane Alliance Regional Spay and Neuter Clinic to offer you affordable, high-quality surgeries and free transportation for your pet on the first Monday of each month (weather permitting)!

Free transportation is available from the DRHS to the Iowa Humane Alliance Regional Spay and Neuter Clinic in Cedar Rapids. Additional services will be offered at the time of surgery.
