"We adopted Dory September 3 this year after our 17 yr old cat Jordy passed away from kidney failure. We renamed this sweet and loving boy Stewie. He loves to play and watch squirrels and birdies from our many windows. We are all doing wonderfully well. Stewie has helped us move through the sadness and grief of losing Jordy to the joy of caring for another cat. Special thanks to volunteers Tari and Rose for introducing us all! We knew from the moment they brought him out to meet us how very special he is and how much everyone at the shelter loved him.
