"I adopted Frankie (formerly Kirby) from the DRHS in February of 2021. She was the very first dog I visited with and I instantly fell in love with her! I adopted her about one week after my 4th and final childhood dog passed away after only 2 months of living in our very first home. Frankie reminded me so much of her and instantly filled that hole in my heart. Frankie is the sweetest, most loving dog I have ever come across. I can’t go anywhere in the house without her right at my feet and she snuggles with me all night long. She is the happiest girl and gives the biggest smiles when she gets good pets (which she demands 24/7).
