Fetch list gifts help us care for the thousands of animals that come through our door every year. If you would like to purchase items for the DRHS, please consider items from our Amazon Wish List or Fetch List.
 

General Shelter Operations
Your donation helps us care for the thousands of animals that take refuge at the DRHS each year providing them with compassion, love, shelter, medical care, and food. Sponsorships

Support through sponsorships and partnerships allows the DRHS to rescue and advocate for our four-legged friends, and educate our communities! Different forms of sponsorship support at the DRHS include sponsoring the care of costs for in-house animals, sponsorship through special events like Tails at Twilight, or sponsoring areas of the DRHS like our kennels!
 

Memorial and Honorary Gifts
Gifts or tribute bricks can be dedicated in memory of a family member, friend, four-legged loved one, or in honor of a special person or event in your life. If the donor wishes, the DRHS will be happy to notify the designated person, or family, in whose name the gift is given.
 

Planned Giving
Leave a legacy of compassion toward our mission of providing a safe haven for animals in need and nurturing the human-animal bond by including the DRHS in your estate plans.
 

Pledges
Spreading a gift commitment over a defined period of time is preferred by some donors. If you are interested in making a pledge, we will work with you to determine the pledge amount, time period, and what needs you would like your donation to benefit whether for a specific use or where the need is greatest.

Hundreds of individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the tri-states have creatively raised money to benefit the animals at the DRHS. It’s all thanks to their generosity and support that we can continue our efforts as a no-kill humane society committed to rescuing, supporting, educating and advocating for our companion animals.
