"I adopted Ozzie (FKA Luca) in August of 2020. It was soon after I lost my final childhood pet, and I realized I wasn’t ready to live a life without an animal! I remember looking at all of the cats when I came across a small grey fluff-ball laying asleep in the food bowl and I knew he was the one for me. Ozzie never fails to make me smile. He has become the master of somersaults, after-treat zoomies, and long naps on his blankie. I’m thankful for the Dubuque Regional Humane Society for my Ozzie-boy!" -Andie E.
