Humane Education & Tours
The Dubuque Regional Humane Society (DRHS) has three Humane Education programs that we can present at your location or at the shelter at no charge. The programs can be tailored to any age group and include: DRHS shelter talk, Pet Safety & Bite Prevention, and Pet Care & Responsibility. The humane education staff reaches over 5,000 kids each year.
If you are looking to schedule a tour or humane education presentation for your school or organization, call the shelter at 563-582-6766, or email Ann Lorenz, the shelter's Community Outreach Coordinator at ann@dbqhumane.org.
