2013 Mutt Dog Derby

It's your dog's chance to be a racer for a day! Entry forms are available at the Dubuque Regional Humane Society's Main Shelter and Mall locations or at Mystique Casino. The cost is $5 per dog. You may bring the form and fee to the Patio at Dubuque Greyhound Park at Mystique 7 a.m. on Saturday, June 15.

Preliminary rounds will begin at 8 a.m. Winners of the preliminary rounds will come back Saturday night to race during the evening performance in front of all in attendance! So invite all of your family and friends to cheer your racer to victory!

There are 3 categories to include small, medium and large dogs.

Prizes for each category:
1st Place - $75 and Trophy
2nd Place - $50 and Trophy
3rd Place - $25 and Trophy

*You must bring a current, valid rabies certificate from your veterinarian to registration on Saturday morning.

All proceeds benefit the Dubuque Regional Humane Society and the DGP Greyhound Adoption Program!
