We are a private, publicly supported 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. We have contracts to house the animals from Jo Daviess County, Dubuque County and the City of Dubuque, but we are not a part of the city or county. We do several major fund raising events each year including "Strut Your Mutt", "Dinner With The Stars" and our annual Pet Food Drive and Christmas Appeal. We could not exist without the donations and fund raising activities.
How "Will" You Be Remembered?
Remember the lost, abandoned, unwanted, and abused animals here at the shelter by including the Dubuque Regional Humane Society when drawing up your Last Will and Testament.
